Dugg (2001 GLS TDI auto, luxury, leather) was adopted on July 19, 2000 at 6:00 p.m. from Metro VW adoption center in Irving, Texas.   It has been determined using the scientific "door lock button method" that Dugg is a "she" as they do not stick out. She joins brother Bo Bug making it a two bug family now.  Bo Bug being the gentleman that he is, has volunteered to sleep outside with the blanky (car cover) upon Dugg's arrival and first night home.  Besides a slick new mirror design, it has also been discovered that Dugg's door locks have been programmed to open automatically when the key is removed from the ignition, an easier to reach seat handle for moving the seats front to back and they added a nifty swivel to the ring on the remote switchblade key.  No doubt Dugg will soon be bragging what great mileage she gets compared to Bo Bug and his 1.8t.
